What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Do you have statutory insurance? If so, please bring your insurance card with you every time you attend the practice. If your family doctor wants a special or urgent examination, please bring a referral with you.

I can’t keep my appointment

Please call us as soon as possible on 0211 43 16 56 so we can offer your appointment to someone else. Alternatively you can send an E-Mail. If you have booked your appointment via Doctolib, please use the online cancellation function.

Emergency consultation hours

We offer a drop-in surgery for emergencies. You can find further informations in the news section. Please let us know whether your family doctor/pediatrician has issued an urgent referral for the acute consultation. To plan better please call us, send us an email (form) or use Doctolib to register in advance.

I would like a second opinion

When you attend an appointment for a second opinion, please bring with you as much relevant information as you can, or preferably send it to us in advance. If you make an appointment via Doctolib, you can upload your documents here.

Online appointment booking

We offer you the opportunity to book free appointments directly online via Doctolib (in German language) and to manage your appointments. You need a Doctolib user profile to do this.

Will I receive an appointment reminder?

When booking an appointment online via Doctolib or using the appointment request form, you agree to receive appointment reminders by SMS and/or e-mail via Doctolib. You can of course withdraw your consent at any time. If you are already a patient at our practice and do not yet receive appointment reminders, please give us a call.
